The BodyFit Revolution app enables you to track your progress including measurements, photos, nutrition and workouts. You will have access to a personalised nutrition plan, a tailored weekly schedule including workouts to suit your goals and you will be assigned a dedicated fully qualified personal trainer.
Use your customised workouts to exercise from the comfort of your own home or in your local gym. Once you’ve purchased your plan your personal trainer will be in touch to find out your goals, nutrition likes and dislikes, what equipment you have to use at home or in the gym and about your current schedule.
You and your trainer will be able to send messages easily through the app so you can keep in touch about any changes that need to be made to your plans and schedule.
